Boiler Service D J Jones installed a new Boiler for us in 2017. He has serviced it every year since then. The boiler has worked efficiently with no problems. We are very pleased with the work. Furthermore Dave is punctual and reliable. Having Dave looking after our boiler has given us peace of mind.

I would only use David, he turns up when he says he will turn up, on time and delivers an excellent job. I feel safe when David looks after our central heating / boiler servicing / maintenance. Thank you David .

Annual boiler service. The company were polite and punctual. They also spotted a potential issue with the heating flume and recommended getting this looked at, so good attention to detail too.

Good communication. Arrived on time and job completed as expected.

Turned up on time, filled out paperwork and topped up inhibitor as requested. Did exactly what was asked, on time and for a good fair price.

Dave turned up on time, serviced the gas boiler efficiently, answered a couple of questions I had and left everything tidy. Everyone you want from a tradesman.

Dave is really reliable and did exactly what he said he would for the price quoted. His communication is great. He arrived on time, firstly to look at the job and secondly to complete. He didn't ask for any money up front. Really pleased with work done.

Dave and his assistant did a great job replacing our old combi boiler. Great guys and very professional. Keep the coffee flowing and all is good. Dave has serviced our heating system for the last six years. He does a great job and is a great friendly bloke.

This plumber has completed 3 boiler services to my satisfaction. Always on time and pleasant to talk to.

Dave came out when my boiler stopped working, losing pressure quickly. He identified the fault immediately and got it back working within a few minutes. He's friendly and explains what he's doing. The charge was very reasonable and I would happily recommend him.

David is very kind, skilled and always looking to solve the issue. He works quickly, cleanly and always turns up when he says he will. He is an excellent Plumber and one I intend to use for all my indoor plumbing needs for many years to come. Recently he came to fix a noise in my boiler, and despite having agreement for a much higher quote, found a fix that saved me money and was honest and forthwith the whole time.

Dave responded promptly and came out within a quick timeframe. He explained things well and fixed the boiler there and then. Very reasonably priced and excellent communication.

Recently moved house and used DJ Jones for a gas safety check and boiler service. Great service provided for both. No question or ask was too small. Friendly and professional, with great communication and prompt responses. Highly recommend and will be using for all future services.

As always, a prompt and friendly boiler service. David comes and gets it done within a few minutes and now knows the house well after only two visits so it’s easy for us both.

Would highly recommend D J Jones Plumbing and Heating Limited. Had a mixer shower replaced, where the chaps came out a second time (through no fault of theirs, but the previous plumbers, I hasten to add) to sort the problem. Very reasonable charges for a great service.

Excellent service. Came to property within a day or two when first called. Got me booked in with in a week and completed job quickly on the day. Fitted a new boiler. Cleaned up after work done. Completed all paperwork & got boiler registered for us and showed us how it all worked. Not 1st time I have used Dave, and I would highly recommend.

Very friendly, helpful, trustworthy and approachable. Dave has carried out several plumbing and servicing jobs and is always efficient . Definitely recommend and will use his services again.
