Dave installed 90mm External Wall Insulation (EWI) boards. Then applied coloured render, silicone system. It looks fabulous and made the house so much warmer. Dave kept us up to date with the job at every stage. And cleaned up every day before he left. Thanks again to Dave and his team."

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
