Darren and Gary completed an installation of drainage channels in our garden parallel to the conservatory after diagnosing that our 40+ year old soakaway has failed. I called Drainman Direct this morning regarding an external overflowing drain on my property. Darren gave me a time to expect him and arrived well within this time. He inspected the drains, removing the jammed manhole that I had been unable to remove. He then checked neighbors properties and established that the problem was further downstream and is the responsibility of our water authority. Although no major work was carried out by Darren, he was knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and very helpful. I would certainly use him in future.

They appear to have all the necessary professional equipment in their van for the job. With the right tools they managed to remove the blockage without too much hassle.
