I rent a small flat to a tenant. DRH Plumbing & Heating have serviced the central heating for me on several occasions and we have discussed the age of the boiler. My tenant reported that there was no hot water, so I asked Dave to see what the problem was. He attended very quickly and told me that he could fix the problem, but that I would need to replace the boiler soon. He was very clear about costs and I decided to replace the boiler, rather than risk future problems. He obtained the parts, arranged a date to suit my tenant and carried out the work efficiently and with as little disruption as possible. My tenant is very happy with the work and the way in which it was done.

I have used DRH Plumbing on a few occasions now and have always been very satisfied with the work done. I would certainly recommend for all plumbing needs and will definitely use again in the future. Very reliable trustworthy and hard working.

Dave and Ryan came to fit a new boiler for us and clean up our system. They were very efficient and kept us informed of what was going on. They were able to answer all our questions about other aspects of the plumbing and heating. When the pressure in the system dropped a few days later, they assured us that this was normal, but Ryan came out anyway just to double check.

Quick response time to my email . Ryan came out to fix the problems we were having with our toilet flush. Explained what he was doing very clearly, very efficient, good value and wore a mask throughout. We are asking them to quote for more work. I definitely recommend this company.

We have called upon Dave's company DRH several times since 2011, including for boiler service, straightforward plumbing, and advice. We have every confidence in them to do a professional job in a friendly, informative and helpful way. Had a problem with kitchen 'mixer' tap - the 'hot' had completely seized and the cold tap was dripping badly. Easy to make an appointment for the chap to pop over and to get a quote. On arrival, didn't expect him to say that he could sort out the problem there and then, which was great news. Agreed that a new mixer tap was the best solution (as the seized tap was ancient and beyond repair) as well as sorting out some of the under sink pipework. Mixer tap was quickly purchased from a local store. Job was done quickly and professionally, adhering to all Covid protocols and at a fair price too. Invoice was correct as per the quote. A very impressive company, not just as regards technical competence in replacing my ancient gas boiler (I guess that competence is probably to be expected of any Gas Safe engineer qualified to install potentially dangerous equipment) but most particularly in light of Dave's ability to explain and provide innovative solutions in order to preserve existing features and to make good the structure and the finishing on completion - floorboards and fitted carpets restored, internal plastering infilled, and even external stonework made good so effectively that it would be difficult to tell that any disturbance had occurred. Dave and Brandon were punctual, extremely hard-working, diligent in minimising disruption, and pleasant company throughout their time on my premises.

Excellent work and great communication over text and calls. Highly recommended and the cost was very fair.

I contacted Dave after having seen the reviews on Which trusted Trader, and am happy to agree with all others have reported. I needed help with a dripping tap and faulty ballcock. Dave gave a well priced quote and we agreed a date and time for him to visit. He arrived promptly and quickly completed the work. Kitchen and bathroom were left clean and tidy

Dave and his team arrived promptly at our premises to replace our boiler. He and his team kept me up to date during the process and explained things as and when required. They were very polite and friendly and they kept the site clear as they worked. They completed the job well and we are very happy with the outcome. Dave's team also assisted with another issue not realated to the main installation which was incredibly helpful and beneficial to us. I would highly recommend DRH and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Dave fixed faulty valves in our shower and kitchen tap. Excellent service, always kept us informed about arrival times, parts ordering and cost. He was always friendly and informative and left everything spic and span after the work was completed. Very happy with the cost and service.

DRH Plumbing and Heating replaced a few washers for us late last year and we were struck as to how efficient they were so asked them back to quote on a replacement boiler and two radiators. Their quote was very reasonable and we agreed a date and time, for which they arrived promptly. They were polite, thorough and their work was fast and efficient. Once finished they left the house cleaner than they found it! The next morning I asked them if they could do some other work and they were back within a few hours. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them or their work.

I had a boiler that was malfunctioning. I sent Dave an email just before midnight on Tuesday. At 7:30 on Wednesday morning he responded to my email saying he would drop by on Thursday. On Thursday he did exactly that. He sent me an email before midday Thursday to say the problem had been fixed and gave me some advice about some radiator parts that would need renewing. This is what I call amazing service.

A return visit from David and his team this time to solve a new issue a faulty immersion heater. It was difficult to remove the old heating element but they achieved it. New element in and all working again. Communication was great as before. Will always use in future and highly recommend.

Dave was clear and helpful from the start and enabled me to make an informed choice about what kind if service to book. I opted for a full service but in the event he felt that wasn’t necessary and told me that. He and Brandon were prompt and courteous and he clearly talked me through each stage of what they were doing and what was (or wasn’t) needed next.

The team fitted a new radiator, removed a gas fire and an old back boiler, and moved a magnetic boiler filter into the loft. They were punctual, polite and friendly. When they originally came to provide a quote, I immediately picked up that they were very knowledgeable, honest and take pride in their work. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They kept me up to date with what was going on and answered any questions that I had. They left the house nice and tidy on completing the work. I highly recommend them.

I'm very happy with the service provided by David and Ryan. I've been unlucky with tradesman in the past but a friend recommended DRH and I'm very pleased she did. They arrived as arranged and fixed the main problem with minimum fuss (needed a new pressure relief valve). They also highlighted broken plastic control knobs (tread was gone) which should have been picked up before and following their work the boiler has never worked better. I was also shown the most efficient settings for the boiler which I hadn't been shown before and which will save me money when it's most needed. The cost of the repairs needed was explained in advance and itemised on my bill so there were no surprises. Overall I'm very satisfied and plan to use them for any future plumbing work.
