Had our boiler go out last Thursday. Gave these guys a ring on Tuesday to get a quote for comparison's sake but could only do mornings all week due to work. They rearranged their whole Wednesday morning to fit me in due to the urgency of not having a boiler, gave a very reasonable and competitive quote on a boiler and were exceptionally patient when I had to confer with my landlord. Gave them the go ahead and they came out today, 2 days after quoting me, to fit my boiler. They were prompt and on time and left no mess, and hooked me up with a Hive system for the trouble!

DS Heating were friendly, punctual & tidy. Answered my barrage of questions patiently & any small issues found during works were sorted without a fuss. Happy with the price quoted & would gladly recommend.

Stephen and the lads were great star to finish. Talked me through all options and recommendations, sent me the quote quickly, arrived when they said they would and carried out the work quickly and tidied up afterwards! They talked me through the system and said to contact them with any further queries, couldn’t have asked for more.

I cannot rate DS Heating highly enough. I am delighted with their workmanship and attention to detail. Daniel and Steven have regularly communicated with me throughout the whole process and enabled me to choose the best boiler option for my family. Friendly, professional, efficient and most considerate towards disabled husband.

They came to put right a half-job (fitting an en-suite) that previous ‘cowboys’ had bodged and then ghosted us on. They were obviously experienced and sorted everything with no fuss at all. We used them for another couple of jobs with same result. Not the cheapest we’ve used, but we’ve been badly stung when we did get cheap work done. Value for money was spot on.

Dan and Steve were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They were totally efficient in everything they did and got on with their job with the minimal of fuss. After being disappointed by others These lads came out within an hour or two of phoning to fit our gas supply to our cooker, couldn't of asked for a better service. The job was thorough and professional from start to finish. Communication from DS heating systems was brilliant. A great job excellent service replaced old shower and replaced 3 radiators. Price quoted was very good. A very tidy job protected areas where working and left no mess afterwards, gave some good advice regarding types of radiators and how to use heating more efficiently. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed.
