Although the quote was a little above our budget, the face to face dealings with Dan - the suggestions, options and advice given - gave us the confidence to go ahead. We were able to make payments as the work progressed, with the final balance paid after he had been to confirm we were happy and the site cleared. His team of Simon, Craig and John were a pleasure to have on site. Punctual, hard working and good humoured. Great at tidying up at each days end, too. The other contractors Dan used were also of a good standard."
