From the start his experience, and also familiarity with the houses on our estate, gave us real confidence. A couple of issues cropped up and Mitch was able to quickly provide a solution on each occasion . We would certainly use South Downs again."

He has a lot of builders working for him which meant the work could be done quickly and they can handle larger projects easily with the manpower capabilities. The job was done to a high standard, and the build control inspector very happy to sign it all off. Will be going straight to Mitch in future for any further building needs!"
