we had 2 roof slates fall off , rang miday they said would try to come out same day but would phone if not able , they did phone and arranged to come betwen 9-10 next morning which they did and replaced the slates there and then excellent service very knowledgable. booked to have our ridge tiles repointed said about a week came 4 days later brilliant job done in less than 2 hours would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them polite thorough, cleaned up and cleaned the gutters of any debris .

I got in contact for an assessment to see whether some slightly loose tiling needed fixing and what that would entail. Wayne was able to come round the next morning, and advised us that it could cause further issues down the road. It only took ~40 minutes and he was able to complete the work there and then. He was also incredibly helpful in checking the roof for another issue we were having where moisture was coming into the ceiling. Wayne was very friendly and helpful throughout, and would happily recommend them to others.

Arrived same day I called, fixed a velux window that hadn't been fitted properly and was leaking from rainwater, punctual and efficient and helpful.

I called Dyson as I had a long-standing problem with a leaking flat-roof. Wayne came round really quickly and completed the job on the same day as Storm Amy was forecasted to hit over the weekend. He even called to check that everything was still OK following a day of torrential rain. Would definitely recommend.

Initially made contact with Mr Dyson early in the year for a quotation and attended the house promptly to assess the situation. I mentioned I’ll get back to him which I had recently so I kept to my word. I thought doing the job in warming weather was ideal. Mr Dyson and his team did an excellent job on repointing my chimney where a leak had appeared in the attic. He also cleaned gutters and removed aerial as requested in the job. Mr Dyson reassured me with concerns I had, showing he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. Any future work required in the future, I will endeavour to contact Mr Dyson. Dyson Roofing is the only company that I will use as a landlord to undertake any work on my rental property. As a remote landlord it is important that I can trust a trader to carry out the work professionally and to a high standard and not take advantage of my absence as I live out of the area. Dyson Roofing ticked all the boxes and repaired a roof which was leaking water into a bedroom and also repointed the chimney. Comprehensive pictures were sent to me of all stages of the work - before, during and after. I am very pleased with the result and this piece of work involved splitting the costs with my neighbour, due to a shared gulley. This advice of splitting the costs came from Wayne at Dyson Roofing and I am very grateful to him for bringing it to my attention. Keep up the good work - you have restored my faith in tradesmen, particularly after some of the awful experiences I have heard from friends. Highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended- far exceeded my expectations. Spoke with Wayne at 8am to quote on work required for leaking roof in a tenanted property. He managed to view the damage within a few hours of me speaking to him and undertook the repair on the spot! The repairs were not as extensive as had been previously advised by another company (or the tenant) and I am so glad I contacted Dyson. I first used this company having contacted them because I needed a roofing firm and they were local and well-established. They did an outstanding job for a fair price, having given me good and accurate advice on how to fix a problem causing water to leak in through a bedroom window. I have used them a number of times since and have always found them to be honest, reliable and thoroughly competent. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had several loose slates on roof that needed removing/replacing Dyson came out next day & gave quote came back today today to do job all good really pleased

Called Dyson roofing to enquire for a price for a small repair to our roof, they happened to be in the area and called round within a couple of hours, had a look at the problem and fixed it there and then for a very reasonable price. Would recommend.

Wayne was prompt in providing a quote for adding dry verges and clearing valleys. The work was booked in and carried out as planned. Communication was excellent as is the work that has been done. I would highly recommend.

Wayne came the next day after calling him after I discovered a leak in my roof. Assessed the job and gave me a fair price. Carried out the work straight away and shown me what he had done afterwards and advised me on how to further prevent issues in the future

Contacted Wayne to explain I had damp problems in my upstairs flat, not sure if it was the roof or stone guttering. I had been advised by another company that the whole roof needed re roofing. Wayne came out straight away, he inspected the whole flat and advised me to have extractor fans fitted in the kitchen and bathroom, as the damp was due to condensation. I cannot thank Wayne enough, he came out of his way on a Saturday, gave me advice all with no charge. I cannot recommend him enough for his honesty. In future I will always ask Wayne to do any roofing repairs with my properties. Thank you Wayne.

Found Wayne via positive reviews online and had a very similar experience - came round promptly to discuss and quote for the work and agree a time do it. The bad weather of the past few weeks pushed the start date back a bit but can't help that! Got my new roof in record time with minimal disruption and were very tidy - always cleaned up dust and debris at the end of each day. Really happy with the quality of the work and the materials, roof looks great. can definitely recommend and have recommended to neighbours.

We had a severe roof leak coming through to the master bedroom in the evening and called Wayne who arrived the very next morning. He examined the damage and explained what needs doing and pricing before starting any work. 20 minutes later the job was finished. Lovely man, future work needing to be done so we will be back in touch. They’re the top rated for a reason

Wayne came out as soon as we called him when we had water coming in from the roof. He did an emergency repair on the day and came back 2 days later to do the work required. Excellent work
