I bought one of the flats and today contacted them to ask of the make of a couple of items that need replacing (related to domestic accidents). My query was replied to and resolved within a few minutes. I was most impressed given the length of time since the building was converted and would have no hesitation in recommending this builder"

They even filled and repainted a hole in the room on the opposite wall without us asking them too! (thanks guys!!) I recommend EAA II Projects wholeheartedly to anyone conducting renovation work!
