"Urgent call out and repair of a immersion heater, no hot running water in a flat, where a tenant is living. Mo quickly responded to my late night request and a time was arranged to visit the next day. Mo arrived at the flat, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Hot water restored, tenant happy ! Wholeheartedly recommend Mo, his prompt communication and resolution was excellent. Stressful enough, for something like this to go wrong, so close to Christmas holidays...so glad Mo (Eastend Build), sorted it out. Will be keeping Mo contacts details on my phone, any future plumbing / electrical issues !"
