"I called Freddie on 10th September '25 to deal with a wasps' nest at the home of my elderly parents. He offered to come out the same day, but we agreed on the 11th for convenience. He arrived early, removed 2 nests promptly and carefully and did some extra work for no additional charge. Exceptional service!"
