We appointed EDC to re-render the upper storey of our semi-detached house. On first contact, Emil was quick to respond and discussed our needs in full before providing us with a quote. During the work, his team were punctual, tidy, and finished the job to a high standard with particular care and attention to detail. Whilst on site they were able to also fit in some internal plastering that we needed doing as well. I would highly recommend.

The company owner visited to advise what options and recommendations he could give regarding the process and materials to be used, with the aid of colour scheme and material choices available. All the work was done to a high standard and with care taken to prevent damage and any issues affecting other areas. They were meticulous regarding waiting for the correct weather conditions irrespective of how long the scaffolding was installed, this was reassuring to experience and gave me full confidence in their workmanship. They were pleasant, polite and industrious.

Eric has done outstanding work for me. He stripped away and renewed the insulation from the bay window in the front of the house. Later, he applied a 5cm insulation to the underside of a bed and bathroom unit over the side driveway. He has also done renewal work under the guttering . I have recommended Emil to friends who have been equally pleased with the standard of his work. He’s competitive in price though not the cheapest. But one is paying in the knowledge that materials and workmanship will be of a high quality. The site is always impeccably cleared. I fully recommend him.

I had my whole house rendered. All of the old rendering was removed and new added. Emil and his team have done an amazing job from start to finish. Communication was great throughout and Emil explained the process of each stage. I was contacted 2 weeks before the start to confirm everything was ok to go ahead. I would highly recommend as my house now looks fantastic.

Very responsive from the point of initial contact for quote. Answered all my questions and provided great advice to help me to understand the types of finish that were suitable to replace my tired pebbledash, which helped me to make an informed choice. Explained the whole process of what they would be doing each day, and kept me informed throughout.
