A week before I was due to exchange contracts on my new home, I discovered that the electrical inspection I had commissioned did not include an air conditioning unit. Despite being on a major project elsewhere in the country, Ben agreed to carry out the inspection & service whilst visiting home for the weekend, due to the urgency of my request, coming out on a Sunday to do the work, thereby allowing me to exchange contacts in time. He was also able to refer me to an excellent electrician to provide a consultation service regarding the previous inadequate electrical inspection. It is rare these days to find a company that knows what it is doing. Ben and his team installed a compressor and two evaporators in my house. The routing of the piping was difficult as the siting of the compressor. Elite AC lived up to their company name. The took time to find the best routing and were careful to maintain the character of my 1920 house. They spent time to think things through and they ended up with a plan that was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless. Because the installation was tricky they carried on working until the whole system was pressurised and came back the next day to finish off. I would highly recommend them and will invite them back to extend the system in the future. In summary, courteous, skilled and efficient.
