Colin completed a gas safety check and issued a landlord's certificate. He previously fitted the boiler (3 years ago) and has carried out several other maintenance jobs. He arrives when he says he will, is always polite and work is completed to a good standard.

Collin put a new shower in for us. We had been quoted a huge amount by a well known larger plumbing company, but Collin knew what was actually needed to be done and it should have cost much less. The team encountered some problems when they opened the shower as it was quite old but they just worked around it and still completed the job in a day. They also came back months later to install a new shower door. We were really pleased with the work.

When I recently had a problem with my boiler, Collin was quickly able to diagnose the problem, find the part and fix it same day. Polite and efficient worker.

I run a very busy hair and beauty salon, and when our water heater broke, I called epic plumbing and they came very quickly Identified the problem, and although we needed to make some changes, they made sure that I could carry on functioning until the parts needed had arrived. Collin made some suggestions to improve the product I had. He was so knowledgeable, I felt That I was in good hands. He is a no-nonsense, kind of guy, and as a bonus he is really clean and tidy when he works. That's not the case for all tradesmen, I can tell you Really glad that I have found epic plumbing, it's really great to have somebody that you feel comfortable with, and that is reliable and on point

Collin came to fix a leaking toilet. He was on time and provided the costs upfront. His workmanship was impeccable. Everything was clean and spotless.
