Immediately both went to source a replacement. Unfortunately they had to buy both Cistern and Bowl. Installed with no fuss. Boiler commissioned also. Excellent response for help, phoned one day and they attended the next. Very knowledgeable on Valiant Boilers.
The work James and Matt completed was to a very high standard, promised what they said they would. We had a complete new central heating which was relocated from downstairs to upstairs, in tight airing cupboard and new radiators replaced in some of the rooms completed in 4 days. The pipe work is very good and all so far is working well. I would say they do charge a premium but what you are getting is a Rolls Royce of a business. I would use them again.
Extremely quick response to a radiator problem. Turned up within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem and remedy. Job was done on the spot to a very high standard and even checked the entire system for any other problems. Excellent service good value and Matt's singing wouldn't put me off from using them again.
Great installation experience, very tidy job, arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day and cleaned up everything at the end. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, very impressed, thanks James
Essex Elite did a full refurb of our lounge, dining room, hallway, kitchen, bathroom and WC. This included demolition and construction of walls and areas, the installation of windows, bifold doors and wooded flooring throughout. A full bathroom fitted complete with waterfall shower. We had a new kitchen with appliances installed with under-counter lights which adds a great glow to the area. Skirting, doors and cornice were installed and painted to a high standard. All radiators were upgraded with a new boiler system to suit. We are very pleased with the end result! Would highly recommend them.

Had our old boiler replaced with a new combi & nest system. James was able to assess the work and turn the job around in less than 3 days! Excellent communication throughout. The work Matt has done is fantastic. Despite the speed at which he completed the work, he's not cut any corners, you can tell from the quality of the work he is a perfectionist. Would gladly use again.
James and Matt have just completed a full hot water and heating system install on my house. Very professional, neat, tidy and punctual. They took time at the start to plan everything and talk me through (which i really liked), some great ideas and suggestions as well. Good fun to chat to and the quality / neatness of their work is first class. We would highly recommend.

James is a perfectionist. Not only are James and Matt who works with him really nice but you can trust them to be in your home when you are not. James sets extremely high standards and approaches the work as if it was his own home. He has some great ideas too. We had a substantial amount of work done including bathroom and cloakroom refurbishment and are so pleased with the result. Anyone who has seen it has been suitably impressed. Highly recommend.
Punctual, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and now on speed dial in my phone for anything pumbing/gas related. Have used Essex Elite a second time now, and will shortly be a third.
James was really helpful when my boiler needed replacing. He was very punctual, explained everything in understandable terms and extremely efficient. The job was carried out quickly and professionally and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
