He got the old floor up to discover the ply hadn’t been screwed down, just a few nails holding it in place, no wonder it squeaked. Suffice to say the replacement boards Joe supplied were properly fixed and tiled over expertly. Joe was very tidy and so quick - both bathrooms sorted in 3 days. I would (and will) recommended Joe to anyone who has a tiling job"
