His information regarding the guttering and helping to source the location of next-door's leak from their guttering was super helpful. He also offered to fix a leak we had on the front guttering which would have otherwise been a pain without owning a large ladder. Super helpful, super friendly, recommend him for any exterior cleaning, you get what you pay for with a friendly nature on top."
