Very pleased with the work. Very excellent.

I was in a very vulnerable situation and from the first time I met the 2 gentlemen, they were understanding but not gushy, they let me feel that I was in charge and they didn't take over. They have been back to complete more work on the property.

I am pleased with the work carried out however 2 points to raise. I was not told quite how messy it would be but having said that they cleaned up everything, including my neighbours property to the highest standard. I was told that ALL the pointing up would be done where required and that was the deciding issue that made me proceed. But...... they only did some of the pointing up as they said there was too much to do as the wall was very bad. I agree, it was, but I wasn’t told that at the start.

I would use them again and I would recommend them

Dave and Charlie were brilliant, they did a excellent job, very professional and would definitely have them back.

Their work was excellent, very nice couple of chaps that came, they even asked if I wanted anything whilst they were at the shops. They did a great job

Chris and his colleague did an amazing job for us. Our roof now looks brand new and free of moss and debris. Chris was an absolute professional and we felt we were in safe hands. They just got on with the job even in rainy conditions. We would definitely recommend his work to anyone who is interested in getting their roof professionally cleaned and to a very high standard.

Chris and his team transformed my old looking roof to a brand new slate grey roof! After having quotes for a new roof, Universal explained to me the benefits of the roof colour coating and it was a third of the price of a new roof! Not only did they change the colour of my roof they also repaired and replaced all the broken tiles for me. All the mess was cleaned up and my patio now looks even cleaner then before!

I am very pleased with what Chris has done. A brilliant job and the house looks completely different. Many of my friends and family have commented on it and noticed it immediately. I would just say that poor Chris put up with such a dirty job, but left the site spotless. A job well worth doing if you have Moss buid up on the roof.

I was very impressed with the standard of workmanship in the cleaning of my roof, also the cleaning up afterwards. They left my drive and garden as they found it and my roof is perfect. Very helpful and thorough. I would most certainly recommend your company
