I recently used Steve for an EICR for letting purposes, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided. After the first inspection, the report quite rightly failed due to live access to a cable in a cupboard operating the immersion heater. The cable tampering by the existing tenants was only discovered towards the end of the first inspection. Although this wasn’t the outcome I had hoped for, Steve clearly explained the problem and why it needed to be addressed. The unexpected issue was properly rectified, and although it meant paying for a second inspection, Steve handled everything professionally and fairly. As a gesture of goodwill, he kindly gave me a discount on the re-inspection and even waived the charge for a part. His transparency, knowledge, and thorough approach were greatly appreciated throughout the process. Most importantly, he has given me peace of mind for the next five years. I would highly recommend his services. Thank you again, Steve!

Excellent Professional trustworthy Electrician. From the initial phone call, and diagnosis on phone. He was very polite,and courteous, explaining and showing me and Mother all procedures and faults. He went away to get the new part needed as assured me that he did not want my elderly mother to be without her oven. Consummate professional.

Steve has visited my house between July and November to work on rewiring different parts of the house, while we have been living there. Overall, he is kind, considerate and professional in all his communications and interactions. He works very hard and complete all work to a high standard. He prepares written quotes only after a site visit, he turns up on time, he never takes longer to do the work than he says, and the price doesn't change. When he is onsite he does his best to work around us. For example, as we have 2 young children, he would often do very long days without lunch to ensure we weren't inconvenienced too much or it was safe for the children to come home after school once had finished for the day. Often the work required needs an assistant, especially if he needs to chase walls, lift floors or run long cables. For this, he works with a builder called Jay, who is also very nice and amenable, and charges a reasonable day rate for his work.

I was having serious problems with my electrics as no power was going through my washing machine. I had two electricians previous to Steve who checked out the power source and couldn't locate the problem (one actually said it was the washing machine that was at fault for which I spent hundreds replacing the washing machine only to find out later there was nothing wrong with the previous washing machine!) Steve turned up as the third electrician trying to problem solve and he nailed the problem within the hour. So grateful to Steve as this issue had been a month long saga with my new tenants. He was courteous, punctual, friendly and tidy with his work. I'd happily use him again and again.

This company Facelift Electrical services ltd, A guy called Steven came around and went though the work I needed, We was very impressed with his years of experience and he new his stuff! Steven did a great job and went above of the work we was expecting for the same quotation, We will use this company again and we have already past his number to family and friends, We highly recommend this company !! Steve has carried out several jobs for me over the past 2 years. He is always polite and helpful and I have been very pleased with the work.

Changed out the old consumer panel, corrected an earth wiring issue on the lighting circuit and did a full electrical inspection.

Steve wired my log cabin for me. It was a fairly big job as he had to run an armoured cable from the main house down the length of the garden to the log cabin. He then wired the whole log cabin to a very high standard - I am very pleased with the work.

I have used Facelift Electricals for several years now and Steve is simply the best. He is so helpful and methodical in his work offering good and much appreciated help and all at a good price. He has always responded quickly and efficiently when I have contacted him and always does a good job. He is also a very tidy worker. I am going to miss his expertise when we move away from his area. As I said he is simply the best and one you can really trust to get a good job done.

I contacted Steve to hardwire connect an oven, hob and extractor hood for a new kitchen. Steve was very polite and friendly from the outset and was able to complete the work just a few days after I initially contacted him. Steve came to my apartment a couple of days before doing the work to confirm what was required and provide a quote, and then did the work 2 days later. He was punctual, clean and good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve again for future work and recommend Steve to others.

I called Facelift elwctrical servicevto attend an emergency my tenant had with their bedroom wall lights and spotlights in the kitchen. He made the bedroom lights safe until I could get these changed and fixed the fault affecting the kitchen spotlights. Steve was polite and addressed tenant concerns professionally.

I am extremely happy with the work done to my home by Facelift Electrical Service. They arrived on time. Carried out electrical work in my Hallway, kitchen laundry room and lighting on the courtyard of my pathway ,this was done within ample time which was very impressive. All rubbish was taken away and all areas were left very clean and tidy . The quality of work was done at very high standard, professional at all times and always checking with me that their work was satisfactory. I am extremely happy with the work done. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would definitely book them to work on my home again.

Excellent job. Steve did major upgrade to my domestic electrrical installation including replacing my old Consumer Unit/Fusebox with a more modern one. He replaced a number of lights, switches and sockets and issued me with a certificate when the job was finished. I read other reviews before I chose Facelift Electrical and now understand why they were so good. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
