"Recently we had a fault with our boiler, and this resulted in us having no hot water. No problems we thought we had a maintenance and service contact with a reputable supplier and we called them out. Long story short they let us down. We then spoke with FirmusHeat. They visited us with 24 hours and after inspecting the boiler and all components they advised that they did not understand the advice we had received and would be able to rectify the problem very quickly. A report and quote quickly followed and the work instigated and completed with 2-3 days. !00% excellent service and we would recommend them"
