"I chose Floors You Like Ltd based on their outstanding 5-star reviews, and I am pleased to say they fully lived up to their reputation. Nick, the carpet fitter, did not disappoint — in fact, I needed a fitter as soon as possible, and Nick truly came through for me. When he arrived, although my carpet had already been delivered, it unfortunately came without the gripper rods that had been ordered. Nick showed great patience and empathy regarding my predicament and never once made me feel as though his journey had been wasted. I was able to arrange delivery of the missing items later that same day, and Nick kindly returned the following morning to complete the fitting. Nick was informative throughout, personable, polite, punctual, and highly professional. His workmanship, and attitude were first class from start to finish. Would I recommend Floors You Like Ltd? Without any doubt — absolutely yes, yes, yes - for anyone seeking truly first-class service, I would highly recommend them."

They showed willingness and even temperedness , It’s easy to forget that small businesses like this actually exist. . I can’t recommend the company highly enough and my friends on the Dog walking circuit in Croydon are fed up with me going on about them.. So as you’ve gathered a job finished to the highest professional standard with a minimal amount of disruption and fuss. I’m not suggesting that you use them. I am suggesting that if you don’t, you’re missing out on fair pricing and an outstanding service.."

Nick and Tony had a big project on our house…an do I am absolutely delighted with the results. They worked so hard and were meticulous with the finish. They were not only great tradesmen but always polite, helpful and cheerful. An absolute pleasure doing business them! If I could give them 10 stars I would 😊
