British Gas declared Baxi boiler no longer fit for purpose and seemed to complicate everything = ££££££ (they left a messy kitchen too). So No boiler no water…. Urgent action needed - Flush Heating were the last company to quote for new boiler. Excellent from the beginning to the final installation. Straight talking from Bo & Gareth, well organised project, efficient installation (Paul) - competitive pricing and realistic delivery time. Left the house with everything working and best of all absolutely no mess Flush Heating - its not the company it’s the people.

I went with Flush Plumbing because from beginning to end they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The whole process was stress free with zero red flags. They turned up when they said they would both for the quote and the installation. They did a good job and left us with a new boiler that we are happy with. It was easy to communicate with them and I would happily recommend their services as they made the whole thing seamless from beginning to end.

The plumber Gareth visited the property to make an accurate quote for installing a new boiler. The work was done to satisfaction within a week. I would not hesitate to recommend.

The positive ratings above are in relation to heating system work that was done. My main review point is re the ball valve installation. After the valve was installed (Dec 2023) it failed in Aug 2024, I contacted the company re this so they could repair it but they sent me a invoice for £140.40p. I wrote to the company to express that I didn’t believe I should pay again as the work was under their guarantee & checkatades guar. Contacted them again to request a call back to discuss further & they didn’t call. I have since been sent 4 invoices for the work & threatened w debt collection.

We had an old boiler in need of replacement and also wanted a couple of new radiators. Gareth and his friendly team at Flush Plumbing provided a sensible solution and a professional service. Engineers arrived exactly when they said they would and installation took only a few days. A couple of teething issues with the system were also quickly addressed. Would definitely use Flush again. Highly recommended.

I got three quotes - two from Checkatrade and one gas engineer from a neighbour who had had work done recently. Gareth from Flush Plumbing and the other quote were very similarly priced. I chose Gareth as Flush Plumbing seemed the smaller firm, so I assumed Flush Plumbing would be more accountable than the other, larger and perhaps more anonymous firm. Two chaps arrived to do the work: Guy and Paul. They just got on with the work, didn't require cups of tea, answered my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. The new boiler and thermostat are working well too. Good job - thank you team.

Boiler was beyond economical repair, so tenants with no hot water. I had 5 quotations, most were similar prices (although 1 was £1000 more than all the others!) and I chose this supplier as he was keen to do the work (rather than send a quote by text and think thats it) and was flexible to do the work on a Saturday which was more convenient. Attended on time, did the work in a timely manner, all looks good and working well. Professional, courteous, keenly priced, Job done

Had a replacement boiler and thermostat installed, and were really happy with the work done, all for a very reasonable price. The boiler installation was completed in a day, with removal of the old one. On the second day, the thermostat was replaced with a Nest thermostat in just a couple of hours. Gareth was very communicative throughout the process, about the quote, and timings, and was able to fit us in quickly. Very tidy, and polite. Received all the guarantees and registrations within a week. Thoroughly recommend.

Once I had a boiler issue, I searched for a company who could help from checktrade platform and upon creating my request, this company contacted me, shared their quote and asked to book an appointment. I said yes. However, they did not come to the appointment on the day as they had promised and I had to find this out via calling them instead of them who should have called to inform me. We booked another appointment but they delayed it again in the last minute. In the end they finally managed to come but they said the issue seems to require a number if hours of work and wanted me to contact

After days without any hot water, I finally found Gareth at Flush Heating who arranged for someone to come over straight away. After tracking down the problem, Barry ensured that the issue was sorted, with new parts that he sourced and returned with the same evening. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

Gareth and team were polite and explained what work they were doing and why. There was a small follow up issue after the work was carried out which they quickly came and resolved, included within the price of the initial work. Would recommend and work with again.

I am very happy with the work carried out by Flush heating and plumbing, at my rental property in Camberwell. Spoke to Paul initially to discuss and issue with the boiler and then booked the boiler service. Gareth came out to carry out the boiler service. He knew exactly what had to be done, got on with it, serviced the boiler and in the process resolved the issue requiring the boiler to be re pressurised almost on a daily basis. Both Paul and Gareth were courteous, polite and pleasant to deal with. I personally would use them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Gareth and all the team were outstanding during the whole process. They provided a quick and comprehensive quote, being by far the lowest, to replace a broken boiler and to install 6 new radiators. They completed the job in the agreed time (2 days) without any delay and with minimal disruption to our daily routine, leaving the flat clean and unaltered after the works. Everything works perfectly and we haven't had any problems with it. The house has been warm and cozy during the whole winter and the energy bill has reduced, as the boiler is more efficient. Can't recommend them enough!
