Professional, efficient and friendly
Very happy with the work carried out. Kevin arrived at the agreed time and replaced a lock for a lost key. He was professional, friendly and quick and also aligned the lock with the doorframe so that it waa in a better position than the original lock . Would recommend
I phoned Kevin in the evening and he arranged to come out the very next morning. He was prompt and on time, and was very friendly and helpful with his advice. Really pleased with the work and would absolutely reccomended - thank you very much

front door was jammed and Kevin came round and managed to open it without needing to replace the mechanism. He realigned the door and now its working perfectly again

Quick, efficient and friendly service throughout, with the operation of the lock explained to me after it was fitted. As a bonus, while we were dealing with the paperwork afterwards, he spotted a simple way to make my French Windows more secure and am following his advice. All in all, I can’t praise these guys enough.
Highly recommend Kevin from Fort Locks. Had to call him out on Sunday morning as our front door handle broke, he came within the time frame given, and kept me updated, and extremely professional and very reasonably priced, especially on a Sunday morning. Cannot recommend him enough
