He carried out a thorough inspection, identified that the issue was due to stagnant water, and fixed it on the spot. He also went the extra mile to check that everything else was in good working order and gave helpful advice in case the problem comes back. Danny was efficient, professional, friendly—and incredibly, he didn’t charge me a penny, not even a call-out fee. I give him a 5*review"
