Had a new Air to air heating system installed. They turned up when they said they would and were very efficient and courteous. Kept me informed, even though there was an issue with the engineer having a family emergency they quickly organised someone else to step in at short notice. Since completion we have enjoyed a lovely warm house! Would recommend and use G&E again!

We met Rob at the ‘Everything electric’ show last year and really liked what the company offered. We followed up with some phonecalls and had great discussions, very obvious that the staff know their products and weren’t going to sell us stuff we don’t need. We had a battery and several solar panels installed- excellent workmanship. Really polite and helpful. Our system has been working great and no problems with installation or product. The only ‘negative’ was lack of paper trail- so no confirmation of recipient of funds automatically, I had to email but they were quick to come back to me.

Over the last few years, we have had solar panels, a home battery and an EV charge point installed by G&E Services. Excellent service before, during and after the work. Extremely helpful and responsive dealing with any issues. And all at a fair price. I would very strongly recommend them.

G&E Services supplied and installed power, lighting, mains and internet to our out building and supplied and installed a electric car charging point. After experiencing the level of service, the cheerful professionalism and the 'can do' and problem-solving attitude of the team, I wouldn't go anywhere else! The business has a real family vibe, in the sense that it is close knit and everyone works together - no prima donnas. I had an air source heat pump installed, followed by solar panels with a battery (and an electric car charger, for future use). They work astonishingly quickly, are thorough, tidy and polite. Their paperwork is immaculate. The explanations and advice are excellent. And they only sell what you need. Warmly recommend!

Recently I had my inverter replace by G&E electrical. The work was carried quickly and professionally. Any questions I needed answered were explained to me very well and they even updated my phone to accept the new app needed to control the inverter. I am very delighted with the service received. Good communcation with head office, easy to book a visit and when the quote came through, it was well priced. They arrived on time for the job, finshed it quickly and to a great standard, left a clean site afterwards and were friendly throughout. Also explained clearly without any jargon what was happening and completed the work exactly on budget. Would definitely use them again

20 solar panels along with all the equipment, including, battery, Myenergi device for the hot water tank, inverter, device to seamlessly transfer to battery/solar power in the event of a power cut and a Zappi EV charger and all fitted in one day. We chose G&E services because they were local, family run and had a great reputation. We asked for a quote for solar panels, a battery and an EV charging point. My husband is very technical and he loved the massive amount of detail in the proposal. He checked the reviews for each item proposed and could not fault it. The first contact to the full installation took two weeks. The people doing the installation were incredibly polite, whilst battling through rain and bitter cold to finish the install. After 6 weeks we are generating the energy that was estimated in the proposal.

G&E did a pretty big solar and battery install for us on possibly the worst day for weather in 2025, however the guys cracked on in amazing time, virtually completing the job in a single day. Polite and approachable workers, I would trust them again to do future work. What really stands out though is the service from Phil, he really goes above and beyond expectations to keep his customer happy and is always there to help, before and after the job was completed.

This company was first class. There was a team of 5 workers, electricians and panel installers who worked all day in freezing conditions and the two men on the roof installing the panels deserve a medal. The electricians worked very hard installing cable which had to be fed from the rear of the house through the attic to the meter cupboard at the front. All cables were securely attached and as inconspicuous as possible. I was talked through the working of the system and helped to install the relevant app on my iPad. I would highly recommend this local company who now have a showroom.

G & E Electrical have just completed our installation of an air source heat pump, along with solar panels. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Rob visited to do a heat survey and was very friendly and professional. We received all correspondence very quickly, and we were able to specify the week that worked for us for the installation. The heat pump installer, solar panel installers and electricians were all fantastic. All very knowledgeable in their fields, along with a friendly manner and the utmost professionalism. Processes started well with a call to the office, very friendly and responsive and provided good quote straight off the bat without lots of back and forth. Then worked with me whilst I kept changing my mind and answering lots of questions. Was amazed when they could provide an installation the following week! Scaffolders came on the Monday and did a great job. Then the team arrived early on Tuesday in very hot sunshine and installed the whole system (21 panels and 2 batteries). Very neat and professional job. There was a slight issue and the team stayed late to fix
