"Jake did some interior and exterior work for me recently. He replaced a fence panel, cut out and replaced some damaged ceiling board and dug out and replaced some steps leading to my front door. He communicated with me really well, provided extra information when asked about certain aspects of the jobs and I discussed with him about small extra bits I wanted doing along the way which he happily did and provided clear additional costings. I am very happy with the quality of all the work and I would not hesitate to use Jake again or recommend him."
