A very professional and friendly service

It was time for annual service of Boiler they installed sometime ago now and this time it was to be a deep clean and replacement of a certain item and it would take some time to do everything. Boiler has been working excellently for many years. A deep clean it certainly was. They are always very thorough and provide a very good customer service. Will always use GHPS for any problems

The work was carried out very efficiently but attendance for various aspects of the work, involving different workers, was sporadic.

Answered call immediately and turned up as arranged. Dealt with problem very quickly and professionally and left area clean. Very impressive overall. Made the experience a very positive one.

Paul and Aaron were both friendly and clear in describing the issues with a fiddly and urgent leaking water tank at my home. They both went out of their way to help me avoid disaster and were determined to find a good solution for me. I'd definitely recommend them.

Paul did a fantastic job installing a complete shower cubicle, he listened to my concerns and totally reassured me and put my mind at rest nothing was too much trouble. Paul took care to protect my carpet and wood flooring covering it with plastic sheeting, he tidied up at the end of everyday and I was also very happy to leave Paul when I went to work. Paul really got me out of a difficult situation having been let down ‘big time’ by a previous plumber who did a terrible job. Thanks again Paul and Alfie

I was so grateful to find Paul, who replaced my shower pump so efficiently. There was no mess to clear up afterwards, as he took care of that too - not all plumbers & builders are as diligent! I would definitely recommend this company.

Leaking kitchen mixer tap replaced by Aaron, who did a very clean, very efficient, and reasonably-priced job. He did this while under intense scrutiny from our two nosey cats!

Had boiler serviced and other heating issues looked into and all sorted out on the day, really polite and professional engineer, would recommend and use again

GHPS were amazing. A 92 year old was scammed out of a lot of money and left with a leaking and useless shower. GHPS unblocked their work schedule and sent Aaron the next day to look at the damage done and how to fix it. The next day he presented a clear plan and pricing that showed they were going to do the work “at cost”. The owner also chipped in and did some of the free on his own time. The humanity they showed goes well beyond the norm. It goes without saying the work was done efficiently and to a high standard, including adding a seat and rail to make the shower more usable. I cannot recommend GHPS highly enough for their professionalism and heart.

GHPS have done all my plumbing and heating works for many years. They are a great team, experts in their field and their customer service is fab too - I trust them explicitly and would not use anyone else.

We have used GHPS for years, they were referred by our neighbour when we moved into the year (general boiler services etc..). Yesterday Aaron helped complete a tricky bath install due to tight doorframes because our house is older. He did a fantastic job, service is always great would highly recommend.
