James was called and came out on a Sunday, spent an hour investigating, to determine the problem, which we found impressive. He explained everything fully, and provided a very reasonable quote. With my mum being of maturing years, he went above and beyond for her, and was understanding when problems arose. He kept me informed via text, whatsapp, with photos and videos, so I could see the progress Can not recommend James and G J Building Solutions enough, and we would definitely use him again in the future"
