As they were new to me and the works were vast I asked them if I could see their recently completed works and their customers were full of praise. The time & costs estimate quoted by other builders was much more as compared and GKR completed the works to our utmost satisfaction. During the works, we made changes & GKR quoted reasonable prices. After completion the inspectors attended and yesterday they issued me with the Final Certificate. I have no hesitation in recommending GKR as the team is wonderful and very professional"
