GMC went above and beyond their promises from the initial contact on the holiday weekend to identifying the problem and then carrying out the necessary work. A dream to deal with from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending GMC to anyone looking for gas/boiler repair service. Thanks to everyone at GMC. My call was answered within 10 minutes and an engineer arrived within 3 hours, the problem was sorted and repaired promptly and the engineer was very friendly and helpful, definitely use these guys again in fact I will only use these GMC going forward

Responded right away to my enquiry and given appointment within a week. Ryan understood right away what the problem with my boiler was - fixed it and carried out boiler service. He was very pleasant to deal with - explained what he was doing. Cleared up when he was done and left area tidy - wore plastic covers over his boots - I was very impressed. I would not hesitate to use GMC again in the future.

Really struggled to get our hive heating system working in our new home. Ryan came and tried everything but our hardware was not working, he spoke with hive and arranged a replacement hub. When our hub arrived, Gary came and connected it all and set it up and spent time making sure I understood how it worked (we are senior citizens). Outstanding customer service, I would highly recommend. They serviced our boiler when we first moved in, the same high standard.

I was really happy with the work and advice from both gary and simon before and after the job was complete. I would highly recommend using this company. Polite and friendly and have a good knowledge of their trade. Would use this company again in the future as i found them honest and sincere.

GMC carried out a boiler maintenance check, we had just moved into the house, the engineer was so helpful, took time to explain how the heating system worked and how to operate the hive. Will be using this company again for our annual check.

I was so pleased with GMC Gas Services from the moment I phoned a really helpful lady in the office to the excellent work that was done by the engineer. He also spotted a little problem with my gas meter and phoned Scottish Gas to request a call out for me. If I have any need for a gas company in the future I’ll certainly phone GMC.

Very impressive company. Gas engineer visited to review what required and forwarded detailed estimates. On day of installation, 2 gas engineers arrived promptly, installation completed on that day. All staff polite, professional and courteous. Boiler pipework looks great. Baxi boiler easy to operate. Very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend G. M.C. Gas Services.

Friendly and punctual communication at all stages. Arrived on time and got the job done. The invoice is very clear and, once paid, you get a reciept and certificate/inspection form. All documents emailed so you can refer to them later. 10/10.

Amazing! It is so unusual in 2025 for people to be as polite and helpful as Ryan, he explained everything clearly. And yes, I know it is perhaps silly, but I found his use of "please" and "thank-you" to be so refreshing. He was a shining example of this company's workforce and I would 100% recommend their services, without doubt a great experience. Well done to Ryan, and lucky GMC for having him as an employee.

Really speedy when I needed a boiler to be serviced immediately on moving into a new house. Gary was very helpful and came back to me the day after the service to check everything was working well. Will definitely use again!
