Brilliant service from Chris, replied really quickly, asked for pictures to check the issue, arrived within couple hours despite it being late in the day. Fixed the problem really quickly, friendly and left no mess. Really brilliant service, highly recommend.

I contacted Hydro Bathrooms when I had a leak from my bathroom which was coming down through my living room ceiling. They arrived within 2 hours and very quickly traced and repaired the leak. He removed my tiled bath panel, fixed the leak there and then. Whilst on-site he gave me a quote to replace the floor tiles which had been water damaged, replace and re-tile my bath panel and repair the damage to the living room ceiling. I was so happy with his initial work and professionalism that I asked him back to complete the work. The work was first class! Arrived when he said he would and took great care within my house. Protected all my carpets, clean and tidied up themselves and their finish was to a very high standard. All rubbish was removed and the price the gave was the price I paid, no added extras like I have had previously from other companies. I’ve since had them back to replace kitchen taps and also recommended them to my in-laws. Would definitely use them again in the future.

From the first meeting with Chris at Hydro Bathrooms, I knew straight away he was the right person for the job. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and explained the whole process clearly from start to finish. The work involved stripping the old bathroom back to brick, redoing the plumbing, fitting the new bathroom, and tiling around 55m². Chris and his team were reliable, turning up on time every morning, and they always left the place clean and tidy at the end of the day. I was working with a tight budget, but even after adding a few extras partway through, Chris managed to keep everything on track. The job was finished on time and the quality of work was to the highest of standards. I honestly can’t recommend Chris and the Hydro team enough for bathroom renovations or any plumbing work.
