Excellent, communicatated effectively with residents and as an estate manager it has been heartening to hear such positive feedback from my clients.
Scott first of all came to the property to carry out paint removal on a test area. He then contacted the surveyor on my behalf to check if the result was sufficient to solve my damp problem. The surveyor agreed and Scott carried out the job quickly and efficiently. The office were very good at keeping me informed at all times.
