An excellent job replacing our boiler
Udo and his Green Gas team did a great job for us, replacing our gas boiler. They were personable and knowledgeable when they came to assess the job and give the estimate, and they were efficient and capable when they came to do the job. They were punctual throughout. They discovered a snag in the course of doing the job, and diagnosed it and solved the problem at no extra cost, although they had to spend some extra time. They dealt with the guarantee for us, and ensured that we had the instructions for the new Honeywell programmer, and that we understood them. We would heartily recommend Green Gas.

Great Work and Informative
Udo came to service our boiler and fix the thermostat (which had had an issue with the last battery leaking, and I couldn’t get working again). He was really thorough and efficient, talked me through what he was doing and answered all of the questions I had. We were really impressed and very grateful he was able to fit us in on short notice. We’ll definitely try to get him again for any issues and future services.

Boiler replacement and upgrade
Udo provided a great service in replacing a boiler in a rented property. Costs were all very reasonable. I was referred by one of my neighbours, we appreciate having someone reliable who works in the EC1 area.

Great worker and so polite!
Udo is a lovely and polite young man. He wasn't afraid to chat and let me know what he was doing whilst plumbing in my washing machine. He worked hard and made sure it was working before he left. He also made sure he cleaned up any water and left the space spotless! I would definitely recommend him! 5/5!

Excellent problem solvers.
Udo from green Gas diagnosed the issue with my boiler in no time while the last engineer spent hours not knowing what to do! True testament to the experience and knowledge him and his team have. While most want to scrap and replace they truly care about their customers and do their best to repair and salvage. Saved us a ton of money as the last engineer wanted to scrap the whole boiler. All I can say is thank you and will definitely use them again in the future!

Reliable, fast and Attention to detail
My experience using Green Gas London LTD was beyond amazing. I called them for a boiler service ( which turned out some parts needed replacing) and the service I received was perfect. They were punctual, provided me with a reminder for the service. Explained what would be best for the boiler health and maintenance in the long term but without unneeded up-sale. Emile was friendly, answered all questions. I would definitely use them again and recommend this company to anyone who’s looking to have plumbing or gas work. I will definitely be using them again.

Efficient boiler service
Udo was punctual and very thorough with our boiler service. Offered practical advice and suggestions in saving on our bills. He also checked our gas meter unlike previous engineers. I felt he did a complete job and I'll be using his company again.

Best Plumbers in London
This was the fourth time I have used Green Gas London Ltd and the service was impeccable as expected. They were able to fit me in the next day when I called to schedule the appointment. On the day of the appointment they had explained they would arrive between 12 and 3 and I got a call at 11:30 to say they were half an hour away. I had an issue with the flush on my toilet and a leaky sink that they were able to fix within an hour. The worker was polite and quick and left the space tidy and clean when he had finished. He explained what he had done and that if there were any issues he would come back to fix them, but there were none. Green Gas London Ltd are my go to plumbers as their service has been reliably excellent .
