Linoleum Flooring
Act like adult and not children to resolve it in a quick and easy manner. 1 star I did try to call you with no answer, so I emailed you and tx you yesterday (not the day of the job), I ordered the flooring and went to pick it up and they had delivered the wrong colour which happens, I was told the product was in but until I got there to collect it was never to know that is wasn't the right colour, I've tried to rebook it but found you to be more than unreasonable and wouldn't want to do the works for you now anyway. We have many happy customer and sometimes things happen but we move on. Unfortunately those people booked the refurbishment of my house floor and aviary 2 weeks ago, yes 2 weeks ago. On the morning when they are due to come down to do this, text saying the flooring was the wrong colour, what? after all this time! Very unprofessional. One would think that after 2 weeks all would be organised. Took Friday (yesterday) off to clear the aviary and the bathroom from any clutter and took Monday off for just in case not finished and you know because I told you 2 weeks ago. I knew it was going to happen because spoken to you about measuring in the aviary and the mesh I suppose you decided a small job 2 weeks! And you telling me early this morning don't lie, dear.
