"Outstanding! Alan and his team are true experts. They responded to my request very quickly (the same day in fact because Alan could sense that I was worried about the structural integrity of my chimney). He came over, priced the work and returned with his team three days later. I couldn’t have wished for more. They have done a wonderful job installing two period fireplaces. They are professional, polite and clean! And they are also full of good ideas and solutions. I am refurbishing a whole house so I’ve very happy to have found them. And the big bonus - they charged me a fair rate."
"Walls were stripped and plastered with new skirting board in all bedrooms, hall, landing and lounge/diner. Door taken out and archways put in. Door knocked through from hall into garage, front porch and inside door taken out and replaced with one front door from porchway. Lots of ancilliary work undertaken (new guttering and lintels etc) new sliding doors fitted to main bedroom wardrobe, new stair rail and under stairs fitted with sliding quiet close drawers. Work carried out to very high standard. Finished quickly and efficiently. Very professional and crew worked hard. Excellent job!!"

The standard of work was great, timings were communicated well and all workers left everything as tidy as possible daily. Very happy that we chose Gwilliam Builders."

Absolutely cannot fault the work we had carried out by Alan and his team.
