He was punctual and helpful, suggesting ideas to make the most of the room available to install a shower, new vanity unit and sink plus a new towel rail. Every step was explained to us and he finished the work on time. The room was left very clean and tidy and we are pleased with the work. We would recommend Gavin to anyone wanting plumbing work or a new bathroom. We are waiting for the floor to be laid very soon."

Every step was explained to us and he finished the work on time. The room was left very clean and tidy and we are pleased with the work. We would recommend Gavin to anyone wanting plumbing work or a new bathroom. We are waiting for the floor to be laid very soon.
Came to do the job on time and polite and friendly.The work was to a decent standard.Unfortunately he got involved with the electrics and crosswired some lights and left the extracter not working.Also,the garden tap outside got isolated and can't use any more but did'nt explain at the time. He did'nt offer any help to rectify these problems.
