Rob from Halo heating originally came round to look at repairing my boiler. He gave excellent advice suggesting I call the manufacturers as he could see there was more than one issue. The manufacturers confirmed this was the case and the boiler was uneconomical to repair, and so a new boiler was required. The quote from Halo was very reasonable compared to others, and as I had complete faith in Rob from his previous visit, I instructed them to go ahead. Rob turned up on time as he had previously, worked all day on fitting the boiler, flushing and balancing the system, and left everything in a very clean and tidy state. Rob is pleasant, professional and efficient and the standard of work was excellent. I will of course have Halo heating do the annual servicing for the boiler, again this is at a very reasonable rate. More importantly, I now have a heating specialist I can trust and is extremely competent. I have no qualms in recommending Halo, and Rob, in particular.

Replace microbore central heating pipes. Had months of problems with leaks and pressure drops. 3 different plumbers came and went , leaving us with same prob, they couldn't identify the issues. One wanted us to dig up kitchen floor, to see if a leak was there. Rob from Halo Heating, came and solved it. Microbore pipes leaking. We left him a key and went away for a couple of days while he took up the floorboards and re piped the system. Fantastic job , not a peep of a problem since. Very trustwary, very professional and very fair price for the job. Can't rate Rob highly enough. Real diamond. Would recommend to anyone with no reservations. He now does our boiler servicing to. Converted an old vented system to a combi. Really friendly and happy to advise on options and accommodate changes. Quote was very competitive. Friendly, easy to contact and left everywhere clean and tidy. Happy to recommend Rob and will certainly use Halo for any future work.

Whilst having major renovation work, including kitchen and bathrooms, the builders brought Rob in for the plumbing and heating side plus, being gas registered, the fitting of the hob. He's smart, friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of the work he carried out, plus tidied up behind him each time. Would absolutely recommend him with no hesitation at all! Rob, the owner of the company, visited the property to advise about a new boiler and replacing four radiators. He recommended a suitable boiler and adding four radiators. He quoted a price that was competitive and well within the range of other new boiler fitters. Very glad we went with him, his work was excellent and he was friendly and personable whilst remaining professional throughout. He was helpful when we wanted to add an extra radiator to the scope of work and advised about the product that would work. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Halo heating conducted a boiler service at a great price, Rob arrived on time and kept me updated when he was conducting the work and even recommended some repairs that were needed to my boiler, which i did as my boiler was still under warranty.
