Nigel did a great job refurbishing part of my bathroom. He work in a timely and tidy manner, checking with me how I wanted things to be done, and I'm very happy with the result. He was also extremely helpful: When B&Q failed to deliver the tiles on time, he went the extra mile, all the way to Croydon to pick them up for me, entirely for free. I highly recommend Nigel, and the whole team at Handys Property Service.

I use Handys for most of the building work I need attending to since they first fitted a new bathroom for me some years ago. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Handys Property Services. They were friendly and helpful when I was scoping the works, advising me on the options available to me and the best course of action. Particularly great for a first time renovator like me! During the actual works themselves they were punctual, tidy, thorough, and communicated clearly what they were doing throughout. They also gave me tips where I could save money too. The works have been completed for a couple of weeks now - all is still working as it should and I'm delighted with it.

After raising concerns on the floor installed in the loft (which was sinking under foot pressure by even 15mm), He acknowledged it was not fit-for-purpose but he declined to repair it as “we never asked for an even floor”. He insisted that unless we had paid an extra fee to have it fixed (despite the full job had already been paid in cash as requested by him), he would have stopped the works. After trying to compromise we declined - He walked away without fixing the faulty floor, with unfinished works, the house in unliveable conditions and several damages provoked during works.

My experience with russell and the team was brilliant from start to finish, they were prompt reliable, very professional, friendly, tidy thorough flexible and extremely informative about what they were doing.

I could not recommend Russell and his team highly enough. Efficient, professional and did a fantastic job at a great price. This is the 3rd time I have used them and have been impressed every time. I would not hesitate to recommend them Not only that but they were incredibly clean and tidy, and even kept noise to a minimum when they knew our baby was sleeping! I will use them when I have further decorating needs in future without a doubt
