David was amazing. He replied promptly and then was patient with my dithering. He arrived within minutes and completed the job in a few minutes more. All this was happening on a day of great stress as my father was being admitted to the hospice that day. David's professionalism, expertise and kindness were exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He made a difficult day much easier by efficiently solving a faulty drainage pump restoring my father's wet-room to use, not that he will use it now sadly. Amazing experience with HawkFost LTD. David responded with a message within 5 minutes of me posting on checkatrade and arrived at our house within 20 minutes. We had a leak coming through our utility room (through a light also!) from the upstairs bathroom. He was very professional wearing over shoes and found the cause of the leak very quickly. We can’t thank him enough for sorting and also coming out on a weekend.

First time Dave did a drain CCTV survey which showed a blockage in the soakaway and drain. He returned to jet them and completed the survey (only charging for the jetting) which showed problems with roots blocking the soakaway and a hole in the drain caused by a post piercing it. He went above and beyond to help solve them including doing a temporary fix to the soakaway until I have the funds to get repaired properly. He was really easy to talk to, clear explanations of what he had found, advice on what to do and wasn't distracted or rushed. I would 100% recommend and will be using again.

Dave was really prompt in responding and able to fit in the job late afternoon the following day, which I appreciated. His report was specific with photos etc and the recommendations for remedial works to be done were competitively priced

Dave has been great at fixing our leaking shower pump and leaking shower three-valve unit, on two separate ocassions. He arrives when he says he will and is very knowledgeable. We would happily use him for any plumbing and heating related needs.

Dave from Heat-Tec did a great job unblocking our driveway drain. He was quick and efficient, cleaning up using disinfectant to make the area safe and clean. Would highly recommend.

I am so glad I found Heat Tec, my shower was leaking and they came right over and fixed it. They are really fast and offer great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Work was carried out on time for a very fair price. Workmen were polite, tidy and considerate of my dogs. Happy to recommend.

I submitted my job and Dave from Heat-Tea was the only guy who bothered to get in contact. I usually wait for 3 quotes before I commit, but he was very professional and personable. He came out at the agreed time and after 1.5 hours had replaced a faulty part, applied extra putty and most importantly stoped the leak. Dave also used a thick dust sheet to avoid mess. The price was also very reasonable given the very quick turnaround and very clean workmanship. Definitely recommend.

David has restored my faith in Plumbers. He turned up when he said he would. Fixed two separate leaks in a on suite cistern and a downstairs loo. Also installed a isolation valve. Fees were very reasonable.
