"I have an absolute lemon of a property with a load of problems and I just didn't know where to start. Phill was really helpful and provided great advice and a reasonable quote. They started work on time and really cracked on with it despite having to deal with difficult access issues and some angry neighbours. I'm amazed they managed to finish the job (removal of blown render and repair of brickwork) so quickly considering the amount of problems they had to deal with. Also very clean and tidy, I would highly recommend Phill and Mark, thanks for going the extra mile!"
