Needed to fix some problems left behind by builders (FMB membership means nothing as does trustmark!) from our rennovation, including a leak from the bathroom to the kitchen. David was very understanding and helpful and managed to solve the leak very simply. He kept his appointments. Was a pleasant presence and reassured us. Highly recommended.

I needed a new boiler and a bathroom refurbishment. I was pleased to find HeatElec (on Which Trusted Traders) who would be able to coordinate and carry out both projects. The work was carried out extremely competently. I only have one bathroom so it was important to me to minimise the time without facilities – The work was well planned to achieve this and Dave worked some Saturday’s to minimise disruption. He put a good team together and all areas (tiling, plastering, electrical work) were carried out to a high standard. I am really happy with the Viessman boiler and love the Hive app. Dave was very good at keeping me informed at every stage (from initial viewing/quotation to end of work).

David responded quickly to a request for a quotation following the failure of an existing boiler in a tenanted property. It was necessary to change from a gravity fed system to a new combo boiler.His estimate was on a par with other quotes but he proposed a really good boiler with a 10 year warranty which made his quote better value. He has a good knowledge of the regulations and carried out very neat work. No leaks! Installation was very soon after the quotation was accepted and no surprising 'add ons' occurred. The system is now performing very well. David is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Dave did a great job fixing a leak for me recently. Firstly, he attended as soon as he could. He was punctual and extremely professional but what I loved the most is that he took his time to explain everything and also asked for approval from us before cutting through any wall. Extremely efficient team and the pricing is very reasonable.

HeatELEC attended and fitted new light in record time. David acquired the light for me the same day and took time to explain how to use it. He was business like and friendly. I am very happy with the work and will have no hesitation in contacting this company again.

Our shower pump, which supplied all hot and cold non mains water, would not automatically turn off and thus required replacement. Dave visited to check what was required then arranged a mutually agreeable date to carry the work out. Dave was a very friendly engineer and carried out the work quickly and tidily. He also fitted new isolating valves, which were required due to the old ones in the loft (35 yrs old) not functioning adequately. Was able to pay by credit card contactlessly, very convenient. Some time soon we will have to replace our gas boiler with some sort of electric system, Dave was also happy to discuss his views on this and to advise.

We were recommended to this company by our next door neighbours as they had used them. We found them to be very efficient and professional at all times. They always turned up when they said they would and were very helpful with any queries when I phoned. We had a new boiler fitted along with valves to all our radiators, a pump and a few other things. We had three people here for the whole day as there was so much to do and it wasn't straightforward as our system is very old and they kept meeting problems. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all very cheerful despite the problems they encountered and just got on with the job in hand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The work carried out was installing storage heaters and replacing a faulty main switch. The work was carried out efficiently on the day agreed and to the agreed schedule and budget. What I found impressive was that when a fault arose, Dave was quick to rectify the fault. He was also efficient, reliable and arrived on time. It's difficult to get reliable workpeople and it has been such a pleasure to find someone I will definitely call upon again should any other problems arise with my plumbing or electrics. I will also be very happy to recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician or plumber.

We hired Dave for a gas and electric safety check after purchasing a property. He arrived with a coworker Alex and they did a thorough inspection for both. Dave provided detailed guidance in accordance with our specific boiler model and circumstances which has been extremely valuable in considering the plans for our upcoming extension. His advice has definitely given us peace of mind! Dave was a pleasure to have in our home and was happy to explain all his findings and resolutions. We would definitely recommend his services to others and will be booking him again.

Dave was very helpful and contacted us very quickly to try and resolve the issue via a video call. Unfortunately that didn't work so he came in person a few days later. He was friendly and professional and sorted the problem for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

This trader has recently made repairs to my toilet, replaced two lots of taps and resolved a leak in the system which had been causing annoyance for some months. He was punctual, easy to contact and efficient. I would be happy to recommend him.

After our shower broke we called HeatElec who were quick to come out, diagnose the issue, source the parts required and fit them in a timely manner. We were kept updated throughout the process and were really happy with the work done. Can’t praise HeatElec highly enough.

Dave arrived promptly to install an outside camera with lights. He had done some work previously for me so felt I could trust him to do this. We had agreed the type of camera at a previous visit and he arrived with the correct camera. He worked continuously and checked that the camera was working and downloaded onto my phone before he left. The price quoted was reasonable. He left the house clean and tidy and I know I can contact him if I have any problems. I will be contacting Dave again should I need any other electrical work carried out.

Pleased with the work, everything went to plan. Builders were tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. Professional and fast service.

David, from HeatELEC fitted my new gas combi boiler. He looked at the work to be done, emailed a detailed and competitive quote. I am very pleased with the work carried out by David. The hot water pressure in my townhouse wasn’t great, which meant I struggled to use the shower on the top floor as the water cylinder was two floors below. After considering a number of options, the easiest and cheapest solution was to install a hot water pump. From the outset, I was very impressed with David’s knowledge and experience. He advised what needed to be done to ensure legal requirements were met. David encountered a few obstacles, which he thought would be an issue, but each time we discussed options until a suitable solution was found. I was provided with a quote before any work was carried out, and he arrived on the agreed date. My property was treated with respect, and he and Alec ensured that everything was cleaned up before they left. I would not hesitate to use HeatElec again.
