Scott and SWAT completed our loft conversation over the winter 2023. What a job they did!! We were so happy with all the team and the fantastic work they completed. The whole team were very easy to deal with and super professional. We were even able to go off to work and leave it all completely in Scott’s hands. Couldn’t be happier with the finished results.

Everything was done to the way we wanted it done, the finish was perfect, the guys were very friendly and the price was reasonable, would definitely recommend.

S.W.A.T. Removed our old back fence and replaced it with a bespoke fence (due to the shape of our garden, working around 3 closely planted trees and an old concrete air raid shelter). We now have a concrete post and wood structured back fence. We are pleased with the end result, the security for our family and property, the price and the quality of workmanship.

Really pleased with the work. Ant and the team were really great and accommodated a couple of extra bits I wanted to a very high standard. They also did the work at short notice which was appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful new driveway completed last week, along with a sleeper wall. Consulted on brick colour, style of drive and how/when the works would be carried out. Professional, good price, high standards and quality, personable company and service.

The S.W.A.T Design& Build team were friendly, hard working and have done a great job . We kept adding to what we wanted them to do but nothing was too much trouble and we have ended up with exactly what we wanted. We would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any work done.
