They responded quickly to initial post, sent someone out to look over the work and then submitted quotes the next day. And their bid for supplying kit was a better deal than if I had purchased separately (good to know).

After initial appointment was missed, a new date was agreed. The engineer was polite and friendly and carried out a full service. He also was helpful with advice on heating the home. Thank you.
