James was contracted to me through a 3rd party boiler replacement company, who I purchased a combi boiler conversion from. I would never have booked James personally. On day 1 he never showed up due to a flat tyre. When he does show up he arrives late. Day 2 he did not arrive till almost 3pm, despite ringing beforehand stating "on the way" etc since early in the morning. On the third day after he was apparently unwell which resulted in being without hot water for 3 days, really he just wanted to pick up the tools he had left. If he had arrived on time on day 2 I probably would not have had to
