I random called him for a small job to sort kitchen taps for my brother in a sheltered accommodation and he went over and above the normal, to fit us in, as I was leaving to return to Scotland that same day! Can’t give him any more praise than that, and also he explained every step to my brother, which made him think he was in control! Well done Adam and thank you!"
