A huge thank you Paul who I called last Saturday as we needed to get an electric inspection done. Paul was so helpful on the phone and got us booked in for the following week. He explained the process clearly and answered my questions with patience. Thank you also to Harry and Darren who arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained what they will be doing. They were really polite, friendly and efficient. I asked if the inspection report could be provided as soon as possible and they said it would be ready later that day. Within a couple of hours, the inspection report had been sent to me. Thank you again!

Paul was quick to come back to me with a quote. I sent videos of the hob and socket installation via WhatsApp and we agreed the work to be done. A date was agreed for the upcoming week. Herts Electrical Services supplied and fitted a new electric radiator and timer for my mother in law. She was very impressed by their politeness and workmanship. They did a great job and took away the old radiator and all the new packaging, plus hoovered up. Would totally recommend.

Needed a new shower cord urgently as do a very dirty job. Despite a busy workload Paul juggled what he could without compromising promises to other people and did a great job within 24 hours of asking. Evidently this was a quick job that allowed for this and the next time we will allow for more planning - the point is that there WILL be a next time and the first person I will call.

Paul was extremely helpful and took time to understand what I needed. The guys came yesterday to install the heater. They came on time, carried out the installation in a very reasonable time. Once installed they took me through the controls and explained everything to me. They cleared up any mess they made which was very little. All in all a good experience. I would highly recommend them.
