Detailed reviews

My roof began leaking after a severe storm. High and Dry came out and gave a very reasonable quote. It was obvious from the beginning that Jeff was highly experienced as he spotted a fault quality other roofers had failed to identify. They completed a thorough, quality repair with quality materials, whereas a previous roofer had only patched up the problem (which l didn't know until High and Dry showed me on the video they made). I would highly recommend this roofer. If you want quality workmanship at an honest price, choose High and Dry.
For the past few months my neighbours and I have had a damp joining wall due to a leak in their house. In spite of my neighbours efforts to try and resolve where it was coming from it was getting worse. I had had other trades people look and it still wasn’t getting any better. Henry came and assessed the problem and worked out immediately where the leak was coming from and resolved it straightaway. Having used High and Dry Roofing before I can say that Henry is polite, provides excellent customer service and is a fantastic tradesperson. I unreservedly recommend him

What to check before you hire
Roofing isn't licensed, so anyone can set up - and it's a trade with more than its share of cowboys. A big re-roof must meet building regulations; CompetentRoofer (the Government-authorised NFRC scheme) registers roofers who can self-certify that, and vets and inspects them at least twice a year. Check they're on it before you hire.
