Quick, effective and reasonably priced
The radiators in the lower part of the house were not working well at all and I feared I would need a new pump and a power flush but the engineer did a good check and rebalanced the system. All rads are now working well. The job was done quickly and was reasonably priced -- a great relief because I have been ripped off in the past by an approved central heating engineer. Phew!

Evidently very efficient work
Michael from Highgate Heating & Plumbing came with his son and apprentice Michael to do an electrical job in early December 2025. I am unable to pass judgement on the quality of the work because I am not an electrician, but I have every confidence in it since it was from a firm that was recommended by Which Trusted Traders. All I do know is that it was carried out efficiently, pleasantly, and quickly and at a reasonable price.

Super quick emergency call out
Smashed a plug socket at 4:30 pm on a Friday, and all the electricity for the sockets in the entire flat went out I was looking forward to a weekend with no working plugs at all, but by 5:30 pm, after a 2-minute phone call had an electrician round who got it all fixed up and the socket replaced incredibly quickly. Way under an hour The guy on the phone line was really understanding and managed to get their best guy over here last minute. The electrician himself was really good at his work and friendly After many unfortunate past incidents with other companies, this whole experience was a breath of fresh air.

First class Service
I contacted John regarding an issue with my oven, fire alarms, and boiler service. They have the expertise to sort out all issues, and have now become my regular contact for my annual boiler service. They were first class with communication and answering any questions I had. Really quick and professional
We had an issue with our boiler and it was sorted really quickly. The gentlemen arrived on time and managed to identify the issue really quickly and then carried out the repair again perfectly. We were also offered advice on what to ask for during future services which was really helpful! I highly recommend.

John responded to my call immediately and Udo was with us within 4 hours to find and repair the leak which involved lifting carpet and floorboards and putting everything back perfectly. Udo has serviced our boiler for three years and is a lovely guy who really knows what he is doing.
