The plumber who came to check out the problem was very helpful and informative. Then the other plumber who came to fit the water heater was very accommodating when fitting heater, which is tricky given how small my flat is! I was happy with all the work they did.

Quick response to a problem that was not straightforward to diagnose until the tap was partly disassembled. It turned out that the unbranded shower tap needed a new diverter. Udo was great in sourcing a higher quality replacement and came back on Saturday morning to fit it. I had previously been told by another plumber that the whole shower unit would have to be replaced - which would have cost 10 times as much. So I'm very satisfied.

Quick, clear, helpful and enjoyable communication from John at the company. Everything felt very straightforward and transparent. Udo who came to install the boiler was so polite and just a joy to have in the flat. He even asked if he should take his shoes off - what lovely manners! I feel like sometimes, as a woman, it can feel a bit uncomfortable having a random man come to your home, but Udo and his colleague were so pleasant and just very good vibes. He spoke to me like I was an intelligent person and didn't patronise, which was also refreshing. Honestly, just such a great experience!

Our boiler kept heating the house, coming on then going off, when the hot water was on, despite fact heating was set to off and thermostat turned right down. Engineer came, investigated and found the boiler receiver to be faulty and wrongly wired. He replaced, re-wired and provided a new thermostat and everything now works.

John and his team are always very professional, responsive and highly skilled. He replaced a faulty water cylinder after another plumber had advised that the existing one was the wrong size and at risk of rupture. John verified this and gave a much more reasonable quote and completed the job to a very high standard.
