Good job done, chimney removal and additional tile work - all done quickly and cleanly. Taylor gave very helpful advice on options, planned and delivered the job to the timing promised, actually a bit quicker. He was also very considerate of the impact on neighbours, which helped the job to go smoothly. Would certainly recommend him, and would ask him to do further work when needed.

Taylor came recommended by a couple of neighbours and he has not disappointed . He identified the issues we had with our roof and rectified the problems . Taylor had carried out previous repair work to my roof and dormer window, which had been leaking. I was really happy with the work and have had no problems with the roof since. Hence, now having a leak in the kitchen roof, I've had no hesitation in contacting Taylor again. Taylor replied quickly to my query and I am hopefully in the process of arranging for the repair to be carried out. Overall, from my experiences, I would totally recommend HKB Roofing.

"Taylor did a roof repair job for me in January as I had a rainwater leak. He came out the same day and very clearly explained how he would fix the problem, quoting a reasonable price for the work involved. Obviously very knowledgeable about roofing matters, polite, pleasant and punctual. Now 8 months later and no issues with the repaired area. Unfortunately my roof has now leaked slightly in another area so called Taylor again, he came same day to quote for another repair and will do the work next week so fingers crossed! If I was considering a complete new roof I would use HKB Roofing.

first contacted HKB Roofing on the 3rd of September and had a very pleasant conversation over the phone. I was asked to follow up with a message, which I did, but unfortunately I’ve not heard anything back since. I even followed up with an email, but still no response. I was encouraged by the many positive reviews I’d seen, which makes my own experience all the more disappointing. Sadly, I feel let down by the lack of communication, and I can’t comment on the quality of their actual work because I never got that far.

I contacted Taylor who came out promptly to give me a quote. Really appreciated his take on things as I had paid a lot of money only 3 years previously and had a rotten job done by someone else and paid a fortune for the privilege, so Taylor understood I was nervous at having the same thing happen again. He kept on contact, arrived on time and got on with the job in hand. He has done a fabulous job on my roof. I would recommend him and will be very happy to pass on his details to friends and neighbours as he is very professional and takes pride in his work.

I found HKB via checkatrade and Taylor was really quick to get back to me and provide me a very fair quote for lead flashing replacement and repointing of my chimney. He got the work done quickly despite it being a lot more difficult than expected which I’m really thankful for. He gave me a follow up call to explain what he’d done and what he’d recommend doing at some point in the future. Will definitely use again!
