We had all the windows and outer doors in our bungalow changed. The two fitters completed the job in two days with excellent expertise. The standard of work was of the highest quality as is the quality of the windows and doors themselves. We are highly delighted.

Sheffield Window Centre replaced our front door in 2016 so we were confident that it would provide the same excellent service replacing all our ten windows. All the staff concerned were helpful, friendly and efficient. We are delighted with our windows and our warmer, more stylish home. Would highly recommend.

From initially visiting the showroom to completion & having the door fitted, we would not fault the service we received. There was no hard sell once we received the quote. It was up to us to contact them. The staff were polite and professional. The quality and workmanship is excellent. We would definitely recommend them.

The fitters were polite and efficient. Minor criticism- the salesperson could have been more knowledgeable about sound reduction options, but all the info was on the website.

We had a bad sales experience a couple of years ago with a large player in the double glazing business. We then tried Sheffield Window Centre after my husband mentioned them as they are based near to his work. They were true to their word, the gentleman turned up on time, measured the windows we had a quick discussion about what we wanted, he advised us on different types of window that would suit us best, then he left and the quote arrived a few days later. Unfortunately due to circumstances that cropped up it was a couple of years before we got back to them (in that time they never contacted us to try and push the sale), we fully expected that the price would have gone up considerably but it had only gone up by a few pounds so we agreed a start date. The surveyor came out to check everything, he was on time and very knowledgeable he explained to us that making the centre of our large windows narrower would make cleaning them easier as they are 2 and 3 storeys up but the price would not change. The team turned up to fit them, brilliant lads so friendly and professional. They covered everything in dust sheets and were very careful about not causing damage, even though we had explained that the house needed decorating anyway, they always cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to have fitting the windows. All in all I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are true to their word of no pressure selling and friendly service.

The workmen were considerate (we had a young baby in the house) and left the house even cleaner than when they arrived! The finish on the door was fantastic. Great customer service throughout.

I thoroughly recommend without hesitation, the team at Sheffield Window Centre. They all took a great pride and believed in their work as a team which was not only refreshing to witness but made their presence a cheery pleasure! Both the office co-ordinators and the fitters went above and beyond with their willingness to assist and despite weather set backs, they were true to their word and showed concern for the effect on me, not just the company itinerary. We have used Sheffield Windows for many years. They are a very professional company employing skilled, courteous craftsman. From enquiry to completion and after sales service Sheffield Windows are a first class outfit. In March we had eight windows fitted in two days. At the end of each day, the house was left spotless.

Sheffield Window Centre replaced 2 bay windows and 3 'ordinary' windows for us with brand new double glazing. They predicted the work would take 3 days but finished it to a very high standard in just 2 days. The workmen were punctual, polite, professional, tidied up after themselves and left us with beautifully finished new windows. The gentlemen who gave us an initial quote and measured up were equally polite, considerate and professional. We have absolutely no reservations about recommending this impressive firm.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. We inherited a 10 year guarantee when we moved into this house, (the guarantee is now in its ninth year). They came out last year and did some minor resealing work and came straight out today after I rang yesterday - again a very minor job replacing some little drain covers on patio doors that came loose over the winter. The windows and doors are looking very good considering they are nearly 10 years old. I would have no hesitation in using this company again for any further work we have done in future. The staff are also always really polite and friendly too. Wish they did general building work as well!

From the first meeting to discuss what we wanted to the final fitting they were professional, courteous and always mindful of looking after us. The fitting was completed to a very high standard with the minimal of mess and everything was cleaned up after they finished. The fitters couldn’t have been more helpful, explaining everything as they went along. The work was followed up with a letter of thanks for the business and to find out if we were satisfied with the work. Sheffield Window Centre replaced all our windows and doors including a sliding patio door to a very high standard. The work, from start to finish, was completed in a very professional, efficient and polite manner. There was no pressure selling following the initial quote, the survey was done very quickly after we decided to go ahead and the copy stain window for the hallway was done exactly to our requirements. The fitters completed the work in two days, despite it raining continuously on both days, with the minimum of disruption. We are delighted with the quality of the finished result and would not hesitate to recommend Sheffield Window Centre to anyone.

Replaced 2m high and 4.8m wide balcony windows/sliding doors on a 2nd floor apartment; a job that required lifting and removing all materials via the stairway. The sill also needed repair and this could only be done after the old windows were removed and before the new windows were installed; it being essential for us that the whole job be completed in a day. It was. The sill repair was done by workers from a different company and we were very impressed with how the Sheffield Window installers worked alongside them. They went the extra mile having to wait until the sill work was completed (and finishing later than they might otherwise have done) and couldn’t have been more helpful or polite. Overall, we have been very satisfied with Sheffield Windows and the quality of the windows we now have. Everything went smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Our next door neighbours have already taken up our recommendation to use Sheffield Windows.

I used Sheffield Window Centre to replace all my windows and doors, they provided a quality product and a excellent service. Ian's vast knowledge and know how helped me solve a problem i had encountered and i was more than happy with the end results.

Our new conservatory has been tried and tested since its installation last autumn. We are extremely pleased with the results and enjoy every moment sitting in it looking at the views across the valley. The team worked very hard in extreme rain, cold, and heat. There were some issues with the very large panes of glass, some had flaws and were replaced without question. We were informed that on occasions, especially with the larger windows, these faults can occur. However, it took two weeks to reorder and fit a replacement. We have used Sheffield window centre 8 and 10 years ago when some of our windows were replaced. They are still in excellent condition. I would use this company again. They are honest, reliable, and professional. No pressure sales.

Had salesman out to discuss having a glass canopy to replace exiting one along the back wall of our house. Received quote & information saying needed to change the design slightly from existing one. Said I was happy with this. So they sent the contract for me to sign & advised the surveyor would then come to ensure the job could be done and measure up etc. Surveyor came, measured up said the job could definitely be done & he would ring me later that week with a date for fitting. Didn't hear from him so rang them the following week to be told the surveyor had left! I was told someone would ring me back with a date. As covid hit weeks went by without hearing from them. After several attempts I finally got a fitting date for 1 & 2 October & was told they now had a new surveyor. I asked if the new surveyor could come & familiarise himself with the job to make sure they knew what they were going to do & what the previous surveyor had agreed with us. I eventually got a date in September 2 weeks before our fitting date for the new surveyor to call. We talked through what had been agreed & I double checked the fitting date for 1/2 October 2020. Over a week later I got a phone call from the surveyor saying he was sorry but they were unable to do the job. I could not believe it, after waiting 5 months, having signed a contract, after 2 surveys they could no longer do it. Think they wanted to do the easy jobs from their backlog like windows & doors. Very disappointed!
